Dr William Barnes

Dr William Barnes is a Medical Practitioner with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and a Medical Degree from Otago University in New Zealand as well as a Fellowship in Nutritional & Environmental Medicine with the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine. He has been practicing medicine for over 20 years and his primary interest is researching and developing non-toxic therapies for cancer. 
Dr Barnes believes in a holistic approach and an open partnership between patient and doctor which is characterized by quality communication and respect for the patient’s wishes. He has traveled widely and worked internationally with medical practitioners and researchers who have developed complimentary therapies such as Dr Revici, Dr Rubin, Dr Talberg, Dr Nieper, Peter Ernst and many others.

Salila Winkels

Practice Manager & Naturopath/ Acupuncturist. 
The multi talented Salila joined us in September 2006. Her experience with customer service, general office procedures and knowledge of holistic medicine has made her a great asset to the clinic. Salila mainly works on reception/administration but also sees patients for acupuncture and naturopathy.
 

Kerry Deakin

Registered Nurse and Dietitian. 
Kerry joined us in September 2006. With a passion for alternative/integrated medicine as well as many years of experience in clinical nursing, Kerry is one of our regular nurses. 
Patients can book appointments with Kerry for a Diet Consult, Massage, Bowen Therapy as well as Naturopathy.
 

Nikki Mitchell

A hospital based nurse trained in London. 
Following completion of her training she initially worked in the field of coronary care. After immigrating to Australia she has predominately worked within the preoperative environment of operating theatres. During this time she became multi-skilled within all roles within the area – surgical scrub, anesthetics, recovery and coordinating quality assurance programs and patient education pre and post op. Nicki has also worked in the role of Staff Development Nurse and was responsible for coordinating the undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs/courses within the area. Nicki joined our team in December 2006.
 
 

Sameen Harford

Clinical Psycologist.
 
Sameen is available for individual consultations, couples work, pain management and mindfullnuss groups. Medicare and private health rebates are available for her services.
